Wrongfully Convicted Prisoner I am an African-American male who has spent 35 years in prison for a crime I did not commit. The prosecutor in my case fabricated some evidence and with held other evidence that was exculpatory in nature. the state’s star witness committed perjury on the witness stand, accusing me to diverge suspicion from himself. There was no physical evidence nor any eyewitness account to the tragic murder that led to my arrest and eventual conviction. African-Americans convicted of the crimes of homicide and robbery are heavily over represented in the prison population today. African-Americans constitute 25% of the murder convictions, but 62% of those or exonerated. Faulty witness accounts continue to drive the high rates of black convicted of homicides. I am seeking a qualified, skillful lawyer, private investigator and other legal assistance to help me champion my case for freedom
