Wrote down some pretty good words yesterday and put simple chords to them which sounded pretty good to me , my indy race car thing or had in mind thats what the song partlly meant race car driving and a couple. Spent yesterday trying to get around hendrix complicated chords and simplify , which he often used his thumb to press down the biggest e string and then chord the rest he also thinkhad strings on back wards if read right any way have the u2 version of one of his songs and his dylan cover which it grows boring playing the same chords over and over unless one approaches them with a different picking style or strum arrangement in sections of the song he was a master at those little fils and bends and runs he put in his music and dexterity he had in his fingers to reach the appropriate notes, robert johnson comes to mind in his long stretches of some of the barred chords he used. It stopped raining enough yesterday to go outside to play so did sat down and went through tab of johnsons sweet home but did it way I wanted to, then graduated from that to think trying hendrix watchtower which had to just settle for the capo simplified way of doing it, didnt try the lambert piece g.p.a.l. though its intro is a bit of a challenge, ended up before ending playing coming up with lyrics to one way which is not the actual full title but for safety sake will do now if can keep in mind how had the melody to it which sometimes one forgets how a song is arranged in way its sung not unless you write down it onto a piece of paper or have a tape recorder that actually gets ones voice right and not the old type that makes anyone sound awful. Also at end of playing came up with music piece called it Eileen short but sounds alright if got the tuning of these right in standard instead of off a half step or pitched a bit high from weather whether its hot or cold it effects sounda s much as the condition of the strings them selves. Sometimes a song done sounds really really good next time play the same way it sounds relatively flat, weather also effects vocal chords and if one is tired as well. And lately been tired but one way was an upbeat one and like its sound, so its written down even if the music besides basic chords isnt, had in mind a woman doing this song kind of in your face kind of its just us meaning the fictional couple in the song and the race track at night kind of thing had in mind. Steve macqueen comes to mind but didnt imagine him in the music video for this lol just a blonde singer country pop rock in a zip up race car suit decent kind of like get in your car and Ill get in mine and peel off the tires at night around the race car track indy style and win in her eyes. Full throttle accelerated.I have a vivid imagination.
