Wyoming Governor Matt Mead recently visited Oregon touting the economic benefits of coal export. This is what third-generation Wyoming rancher Leland Turner had to say in response: It’s time to wean our state from the heavy dependence on fossil fuels and build some diverse and sustainable streams of revenue...we need you to stand up for our property rights and to hold coal producers accountable for the full costs of coal.
