XBOW UPDATE - 11th September 2014. Tomorrow night (Friday 12th September) it would be really helpful if we would could work in the following way - Mini XYT : 4.00pm - 5.30pm (This time slot will remain the same throughout the term). Junior XYT : 5.30pm - 7.00pm Senior XYT : 5.30pm - 9.00pm (Seniors will work alongside the Juniors for the Junior Session and then complete their own session as usual). IMPORTANT Could we please remind everyone to return their availablity sheet? If you have lost your availability sheet you can download another one at the end of the last two weeks update messages which are posted on the XBow home page at xbowltd.net. It is crucially important that the availability sheets are returned on Friday 12th September in order for the rehearsal schedule to be completed for the remainder of the term. Could I also remind everyone that FEES are outstanding and that these require to be paid now? This is crucially important - please dont forget! See you all tomorrow. Thank - you.
