XTREMEHIITS gym secrets: I get asked sometimes about ways to bulk up certain area. So Ill touch on chest today. Offcourse proper meals is half the battle. As far as training, I like to overtrain chest, while activating all parts of the Chest region, to make sure Im ripping every piece of muscle fiber available. I overtrain chest because so many other muscles can become involved I.e. Shoulder flexion, triceps extention, even core. So when I say overtrain, I mean 20 reps or more per set. And how do I activate different parts of the chest region? By changing Grips! Inside shoulder - grip, shoulder length - grip and outsIde shoulder ( Wide). So my Flat Bench routine would start at 115lbs inside grip (7x), should grip (7x) and outside-wide (7x) =21 reps and add weight according to fitness level, 3-5 sets. And same format for Incline and Decline bench.
