XXIII. LOVE CITY AIRPORT ------------------------------------ Love City Airport shall be comprised of 3 (three) A-III category runway with high speed taxi facilities, on both side of each run way. The airport shall be comprised of 2 (two) passenger terminals, each with a capacity of handling 200,000 (two hundred thousand) passengers per day. Total to and fro passenger handling capacity may be computed as (400,000 + 400,000) = 800,000 (eight hundred thousand) per day in addition, 2 (two) terminals shall be built for handling of cargo. Each cargo terminal shall be built with a capacity of handling 5,000 (five thousand) M.T. of cargo per day. If and when found necessary, this capacity can be increased to 2 (two) times. Each cargo terminal shall be back by sufficient warehousing facilities. Inter modal cargo handling system shall be installed, to each cargo handling terminals. All cargo handling terminals are capable to handle agricultural produce and live animals. Terminals, runways, aprons, hangers, maintenance shops and all catering and other services shall be installed, stage by stage. Land reserved for building of: runways, approns, terminals and maintenance including servicing facilities is ±15,000 (fifteen thousand) acres. Total land reserved for building of this airport and facilities is measuring more or less than 40 (forty) square miles. The land is high enough to build an airport. Soils are good enough to built runways and aprons without massive earth compaction. The area is a vast plain, suitable for air traffic movement. It is a strategic location to build an airport: because, there are every possibility that most of the airliners might land their aircraft here for: servicing, maintenance, refueling and transit operations. Most attractive are very competitive prices of landing and related charges. Moreover, attractive shopping centers would be available here. Presence of sufficient number of airport hotels shall be treated as excellent transit passenger facilities. In addition, this airport complex have got plots for building of various facilities of different airliners, such as there own catering center, training institute etc. Such plots are measuring more or less than 4 (four) acres. They are available on lease payment of easy terms and condition. Such plots are several dozens in quantity. As Love City airport itself is a city center airport, therefore all such plots are situated in the city center.
