He had been studying in UK for the first 3 months and planed to continue a higher education (unniversity). He had already got an offer from a unniversity in London. However, he decided to go back to his home country to re-doing his visa to continue to study in the UK. However, when he had an interview with the embasses. They asked Johnny a yes or no question about had he been to police custody ever before. He said yes. Unfortunately, he had his visa rejected after 4 weeks waiting for it. He found out that the reason was because Johnny did not mention about how long he was there for. The embasses said to him if he ever apply for his visa again and receive a rejection again. He will be ban for 10 years of not travel or come to UK within 10 years that they given. He doesnt want to take a risk of this last chance. As you are an advisor of this company. Advice Johnny what should he does and prepares for his next interview for the visa. What if he get another rejection from them? Should Johnny sue the embassor? Will he get a high chance to win this argument? *the reason that Johnny had been remanded in the custody* While Johnny was in a party with his family. Two friends of Johnny was drunk and started to argue. One of them was holding a knife and intended to stab on the other friends leg. Johnny witnessed the fight tried to stop two of them. Three of them got out to the street. Other witness saw the fight and reported to the police and ambulance. The friend, who got the knife, run away and threw the knife right away. Only Johnny stayed behind and help the other one to hospital. When Johnny reached to the hospital. He was stopped by the police as Johnnys body was covered with blood.
