Xmas is about family and food/drinks so here we go : Pulled Pork with pita bread, greens and guacamole. The pork was marinated with thymes, cinnamon sugar, coarse sea salt, pepper and then slow roasted for 5 hours till the meat is so soft inside that you can pull the meat out with a fork. Thats why its call Pulled Pork, crispy outside and juicy soft inside. Then Siena made the sweet salted caramel popcorn to go with the movie The Interview;)
