Y-cave Chronicle: shrinking and shredding the temple! Trainer has lost his new year mind!! Started with two sets of 15 combo chest and butterfly press. Then lower back raises. He tells me to hold a 25 pound plate close to my hear and raise 15 times! TWICE! Then squats against the wall while holding dumbbells! Then he says now we are going to jack-knife! Raise legs and upper body! Ended with 6 interval sprints on a stationary treadmill!! Him: you will be able to handle whatever is in front of you beast! TRUTH! Lol! Steel Magnolia!!!
