YARD N GARDEN GADGETS When I decided to be somewhat serious about my greenhouse I went shopping for an exhaust fan. I found a nice unit at a local garden supply. A rectangular unit with the louvered shutters. I think maybe the thermostat was extra. The cost- somewhere in the $300-$500 range. OUCH!!! I went to Lowes and found this. It is an attic roof vent. The thermostat was included. I dont remember the exact airflow in CFM but it was comparable to the high priced unit. It is meant to be direct wired to a house circuit, so I grabbed a replacement power tool cord and wired it so it can just be plugged into an outlet. An easy install, and I am very pleased with its performance. The cost- $80-$100
