YES !!! :D epic battle to come, 1st contact with Persia since they declared me war in AI part of 64th turn... i am far beyond all other factions about $$$ or troops, on lands or seas but events gave me some troubles last 2 turns: in 64th turn, i ended my 2nd war with Ottomans by peace agreement. Russia & Prussia (me) were allied against Ottomans in that war, it was a real hurricane on their empire. at start, i was not intrested by extension on ottoman regions but Russia launched a powerful offensive whitout real reasons... Ottomans & Russians were in static war since start of campaign, around 1710 +/- and no more fights after conquest of Crimea by Russia. Suddently, they launched that powerfull offensive by Moldavia: 4 armies of 70-80 regiments globaly (18000men) + a fleet of 15 ships by the Dardanel pass through Aegean Sea & Eastern Mediteranean sea... Very quickly, Russia conquered Bulgaria, Roumelia (Istanbul) and landed 1 army on northern african coast hold by Barbarians. i choosed to participate, worried by perspective of all Balkan zone owned by Russia... it was my only one reason, nothing more, not my plan at start... :/ that war were easy and very rapid, Russia took: - Bulgaria - Roumelia - Tunisia (eradication of Barbarians 1st part) - Libya (eradication of Barbarians 2nd part) - and later (now, in 65th turn, after end of my participation through that war) they also took Egypt. :p i was well inspired to participate and take a part of the conquest or i should have a Russia now with an empire size of Ottomans+Barbarians+Russia regions... :/ :p in that war, i took with Prussia: - Serbia - Bosnia - Greece - Moréa (owned by Venezia, not Ottomans, but it was in same movement... :D i was in war with since longer but also pretty static situation since i conquered Venezia homeland next of Austria a decade earlier, etc... i eradicated Venezia by those events) - and last one, Anatolia, in 64th turn. by that way, i corrupted seriously expansion of Russian empire in the south... i ended war with Ottomans, really weak and defeated after conquest of Anatolia. (some different reasons for peace: free research in the agreement, free access to ottoman lands, but more coz i would like to let a strong ennemy for Russia to fight with... soon as i will be the only bordered empire next of Russians, i bet tentions & quick war should follow... :/ and i do not want that. ...other steps of factions to conquer before ultimate war of europe with Russia through the East & Holland+UK through the West (Saxonny & Hanover particulary), etc... (that part close past chapter...dont be surprised, i will write a novel again :D ;) lol) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ so, since that end of 2nd Ottoman war, i was only ennemy with Daguestan (for an obscur reason linked with a bug pushing Daguestan to become protectorate for many small factions, etc... since that, i found the solution on forum to rule that bug but it ws too late for this campaign, i decided to continue like that)... ...and with Moghols (Moghol war is 90% static coz far from eachother, few contacts. i do massive piracy on their trade ways till UK and i destroyed 2 small fleets with armies inside near Mauritania coasts... except that, its very calm since decades...). its at that time, i made that mystake pushed me in actual context: i invaded & eradicated Daguestan easally by conquest of Tchetchnia but, immediatly (it was in AI part of 64th turn), just after conquest of Tchetchnia capital city (in my part of 64th turn), Georgia+Persia declared me this new war... :/ (i was in very good therms with Persia since start, i never expected that...) :( and it broken my older alliance with Russia too (ally with Georgia) but without push russians to enter in war with them too (it was hot ! should be a very bad news if Russia followed Georgia to attack me now)... it was a pretty hard surprise, i only had 1 army there (in Tchetchnia), Georgia attacked me with 3 armies (50 regiments +/-). and Persia was very close in south of Tchetchnia with 2 complete armies (38-40 regiments +/-). my spies identified a 3rd Persian complete army coming from the south to join the Battle, they will arrive around 67-68th turn +/-. so, it was hot ! lol i was only there with rests of my complete army conquering Tchetchnia (3680men +/-... :/ a 100% effective army in my empire has always 4380men in each and i have actually 20armies for all fronts... at that moment, 2 turns earlier, i had 18 armies ready, 2 last was always building troops) i succeed to send in emmergency 2 armies by seas from Greece & Anatolia.... The 3rd from Anatolia only arrived now, in 66th turn (its the army u see in this screenshot for my 1st meeting with Persian forces). i did efficiant job with those troops (3680 from old + 4380 from 2nd army in this theater), eliminated 60% of Georgian troops in the 65th turn for very few losses. :) ... the rest (+/-40%) is under siege in Georgia capital fortress... (y) :D ;) that was in last turn (65th), 1st wave of the threat from asian coalition was destroyed there, it was less hot after... :) now, Persia enter in the dance (66th turn: AI part), with her both complete armies attacking my 3rd one arriving from anatolia in 66th (forced march) through ottoman lands... :p ...and here we are... ! :D (end of my novel lol, i am glad its ended...) ...1st meeting with Persian forces: 4400 prussians on defense state against +11250 persians attacking... :/ :/ (thats this screenshot as u can see...) BUT ! .............................. ........................................ ........................................ ......................................... ......................................... .... i am tired ! :D lol ....so, next tomorrow... ! :D (u will must be patient !) ;) (anyway, few chances to win in this battle, i think... my objective is to kill the more bigger part i can and achieve them in my 67th turn with my 2nd army coming from Georgia but uncompleted about effectives inside...) ... IT WILL BE HOT ! :D in anycases, it will be intresting & tuff, thats clear... (y) :D (i will be happy when i will not be bogged in Caucasia lands anymore... i never wanted to purchase conquest in that direction...) so, news tomorrow... :) this game start to be intresting, far less easy it was till here ! :D ++ ;)
