Westmonster Monsters wasted precious time debating if a cup of subsidized tea should be increased 5p? – whilst parts of England are under water for the fourth week, the ruk NHS is falling apart and all the Posh Westmonster types can do is debate about what they’d have to pay extra on a cup of tea? If, anyone in ruk wondered why Scots don’t want Part nor Lot of Westmonster, there’s a clue in this woeful squandering of Tax Payer’s money and precious Westmonster debating time, which, probably costs somewhere in the high hundreds of thousands per hour, if not £Millions per hour, let alone the cost to the economy, people’s health and “Paying Down The Deficit” of not getting on with more Important, Urgent and The Business Voters, Constituents and Citizens expect Westmonster to be Debating, Progressing and Concluding for the benefit of Constituents, The Economy and the uk as a whole? Even, if post Scottish Independence ruk has the fiscal ability and the will to stomach the exorbitant cost of refurbishing the ‘Palace of Westmonster’, will regular English, Welsh and the people of NI be desirous of this wanton waste of their hard earned cash? In these times of Performance Targets, Cut Backs in the Public Sector (Westmonster and Whitehall are in and at the center of the Public Sector) and the need for “Efficiency Savings” how exactly are Westmonster and Whitehall “Performing”? The time for calculating the Concise running costs of Westmonster and Whitehall is long overdue? i.e. what exactly does it cost to run Westmonster, all inclusive, including the massive gratuitous food and drink subsidies that very well paid MPs enjoy? The Norm is for Westmonster and those who ‘Sit’ there is one of Criticizing, Attacking and Deriding other ‘Places’, whist the time for them to clean up their own ‘Act’ is way, way long overdue. English, Welsh and the people of NI must ask themselves if they think that Westmonster gives them “Value for Money”, in the same way that Westmonster has demanded that other parts of the Public Sector must or they are Cut Back, Downsized or Privatized? Westmonster will soon approve a £10 Billion repairs programme for the Sinking Palace of Westmonster.
