YES Susan CAN! :UPDATE AUG 5: Heres my End Week #1 progress report: SCALE CHECK IN: 8.2 lbs LOST! Workouts Started Friday. I was proud & happy to finishing 1st work out with no breaks or Asthma issues! ( had to modify some exercises - but I have been inactive other than walks for a couple of years now...I am determined to keep going & improve endurance & strength with each workout. DIET: Ive been able to make excellent choices from food on hand & from my garden. ( this s will improve more When payday comes & shopping can be specific) I noticed I was pretty good on portions before the plan, but snacking, carbs, salt, lunch meats & condiments are all areas I changed & improved day by day. I did GREAT on water & cutting out artificially sweetened drinks, ( SODA is something I gave up. a long time ago). Really proud of my control & choices when we ate out! GOING FORWARD: I have snack attacks. I need to juggle meals protein etc. & times to prevent them. I need to ramp up workouts by steps, ( being 48 & 70 lbs overweight I want to push without hurting myself), GOALS: INCHES! I want to take eve walks and concentrate on to & intensity over week #2
