YESSS!!! People kill me with their statuses saying Olivia is giving hope to sidechicks everywhere...Ummm last I checked Scandal is a television show meant to entertain the masses. With that being said, if a #GROWN woman is trying to emulate the actions of Olivia Pope (a #FICTIONAL character), shes an idiot and too far gone (we shall pray for her)!!! And if we want to be technical, unless they are the sidechick of President Barack Obama himself, they still cant relate to a fictional character. Hmmm lets look at real life President sidechick examples...Monica Lewinski and Marilyn Monroe (those are the ones we know)...Hmmm yes Marilyn Monroe may be an American icon now, but most of her glory came posthumous!!! But thats neither here nor there at the end of the day did the presidents leave their wives for them?! #NOPE Ive said ALL THAT to say, if you want to be a sidechick be a sidechick but please dont do it b/c of something you see on television. And for the record SIDECHICKS ARE NOT WINNING!!! I wish ppl would dead that comment along with the overuse and misuse of the word RATCHET and the overuse of the phrase TURN UP going into the 2014!!!
