YESSSS! So many women think they need to totally abandon any type of subservient role that will put a man in power over their life. Thats not an issue when you know you can do well by yourself and dont NEED to rely on anyone but can also ALLOW a man to be a provider if he wishes. Society still tells them thats their job and its another way for them to prove they care but can backfire on both if he thinks he has to because you dont stay on your shit. If they know you rely on them for your basic needs they realize theyre replaceable by anyone who can give you more if what they can do for you is your priority. When Schain got hemmed up on old charges by INS we went out the next weekend and made a few hundred in one night selling Jamaican food and my creations at an event. He still always loved being there for us because to him and a lot of yardies youre not really a good girl or worth their time if you cant attract a man who loves pampering you.
