YHH Ab Challenge Day 11! Ball Transfers These are another one of my ATF ab exercises, (can you tell I love training abs with a ball)? The key really is to go s-l-o-w-l-y so that you can maintain that fantastic plank position and really compress the abs as you move. I find that when people start whizzing through their ab workouts they totally lose the TVA activation and spend dozens of reps with a poochy belly...sooooooo not what were aiming for! Today: 3 circuits: 1) 10 Ball Transfers 2) 10 (side) Partial TGU 3) 15 Show and Goes 4) 15 Frog Crunches I just made a new recipe yall, (applesauce spice cakes) and its no-sugar challenge compliant...Ill post it manana!
