YOU A SERIOUS ATHLETE?!?! ARE YOU SLEEPING ENOUGH?!?! We all know that hard training and optimal nutrition are very ESSENTIAL for athletes. Yet, that is half that battle. You know if you are a serious athlete that 7-9 hours of sleep is required to maximize your training goals. 7-9 hours is CRITICAL for post training recovery. BEWARE ATHLETES>>>>>>OVERTRAINING WILL INTERFERE WITH YOUR SLEEP CYCLE.>>>>>THUS, Make sure you are getting an adequate sleep routine and watching your caffeine consumption in the late afternoon. It is suggested that athletes take naps. This nap should be no more than 10-20 minutes. It will spike midday PROTEIN synthesis as well as replenish energy levels. SO GET YOUR HARD CORE ASS TO BED!!!!!!
