YOU CAN DELAY CHANGE BUT YOU CANNOT STOP IT Blame it on politics of self-seeking and patronage which has been Ugandas trade mark for the past 30 years! Uganda is presently run, essentially, as a military dictatorship; the UPDF and Uganda Police Force are not run as a professional national institutions envisaged under the law and Constitution, but as a regime-protection forces; and Mr Museveni is the common factor in mismanaging the politics and the military of this country. NRM party no longer belongs to Ugandans but instead to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, NRM leaders especially Ministers , MPS and Chairpersons LC5 behave like nursery kids once they appear before president M7. Museveni has ruled for long time to the extent of governing the country like his personal business. President Museveni is very tired to the extent of referring to other Ugandans as wolves. Pleas are coming just a few days after Museveni told voters in Kabale that he is here to stay as he is not willing to hand over power to wolves. Ugandans should help Museveni and send him to retire. VOTE FOR CHANGE COME 2016; IF WE DON’T CHANGE ANYTHING, NOTHING WILL CHANGE.
