YOU CAN STEP UP YOUR FITNESS, even when you cant step into a gym ! Do you have stairs at home?... or do you live near a track where there are bleachers?… Here are some ideas: 1) Squat and Side Leg Lift - do 10 on each side. 2) Fast Step Ups ( up, up, down , down) - for 30 seconds 3) Decline Push Ups - at least 10. Repeat for 2 to 3 sets total. You can stay fit even when youre busy, even when theres no time for the gym. I also have at home program options, but just love sharing short workout ideas too. Keep your progress going =)
