YOU DONT NEED A WHOLE LOT BUT TEAM WORK TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE . Recently, many people have been emailing me, asking the secrete behind our success at CHAMA with reference to the great accomplished projects (solar powered water scheme, modern toilets, rural agricultural projects and single mothers sewing empowerment project), my response has been team work! TEAM WORK: Humbly, permit me to say that the secrete of our success is because of U: your commitment, sacrifices and unconditional love to people who are suffering. Team work remain the bane of our success. Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. From my personal experiences, I have come to the conclusion that THANK YOU I quite understand that your life is full -- with work, family and other personal necessities-- and yet, you still find the time to help out when you can. You have proved that millions of ordinary people taking ownership of a cause is still the most powerful force in our humanitarian efforts. You have showed that grassroots organizing and small donations are not only the right way to make a difference, but also the most effective way to serve humanity and end injustice. Our campaign efforts are paying off, getting rewarded each day with the best brains across Canada and the world over joining our campaign to give malaria and AIDS the BOOT.. Because YOU are involved, I am proud to work with the best campaign team and volunteers in the history of humanitarian service. If we win, it will be because of what you did at moments like this. Pictures below represents our team work efforts during mission work: All hands are on deck. We will begin picture speaks to show what and how CHAMAITES help during mission work selflessly. Watch out! Remember, except we care, the people perish!
