YOU HAVE VINDICATED US; THANK YOU INDEED: It will be a dishonor and a disservice if we do not appreciate and say thank you to all those decent brothers and sisters on this space, who frantically came in defense of a honest and humble young man, who is risking it all and putting his life on the line during these difficult times of our nation’s history in the fight against Ebola; when few half-baked elements, Abraham Dillon and his likes attempted to encumber the relentless and courageous efforts of this young man. We followed very closely all of the comments and statistically, 99.9% of them were in defense of the Asst. Minister for Preventive Health Services and Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the Republic of Liberia, who is also the lead fighter and Head of the Incident Management Team in the fight against this deadly virus, which has claimed the lives of thousands of our compatriots (homage to their memories), negatively impacted our economy and left several of our children orphans. You have demonstrated to the world that our society is not as gullible as the likes of “less busy and fun box” Dillon want the world to believe. You have proven that our society is growing sophisticated by the day and that we are prepared to critically tear apart and analyze anything that is thrown at us before taking it serious. You have proven that there are so many honest and hardworking people amongst us, who are doing everything with honesty and integrity to improve their lives. To you Min. Eugene Nagbe, Minister of Youth and Sport and Min. Albert Jaja, Asst. Minister, Ministry of Information and the rest of the brothers and sisters who refused to allow the rubbish that was posted by Dillon and his likes to go without erecting an intellectual checkpoint to tear it down, we salute you! Fellow Liberians, we have a major problem on hand and until we can move in quickly with our collective efforts, this problem might be the next Ebola of our country, God forbid! In so far we have these individuals like Dillon, who have rejected all passionate pleads and opportunities to go to school and they think they are some sophisticated people; refusing to accept that they are mediocrities, our society is in trouble! These are the frustrated and disappointed elements that are going all out destroying some of the best minds and honest people in our country. These individuals who can only survive by carrying the handbags of politicians, from Cllr. T.C. Goug to Sen. Jewel Taylor to Madam President to Mr. Robert A. Sirleaf and now Mr. Urey, need to be pleaded with to go in the classroom. If Hon. Edwin Snow, Amb. Weah (BBA, MBA), Hon. Gabriel Smith, Hon. Isaac Nyenable, etc, despite their respective portfolios can sit in class; the likes of Dillon can do the same! In fact, it can be recalled right after Amb. Weah’s graduation, Dillon said he was inspired by that and that he was on his way to school. Today, not a single one of us have seen his grade sheet; this is unfortunate! Frankly, when we said the post from Dillon and his likes, we felt it was his usual fun that he normally amused with Mr. Sirleaf and thought not to take it serious. No wonder Mr. Sirleaf referred to him as a “less busy man and fun box”, because only a less busy man will be moving with cameras behind people sweats to take photos like one “chicken rogue” in the community. These elements need to be serious because the speed at which our country is moving, where education and competences are now becoming the basis for confirmation and getting a job, the likes of Dillon need to think twice and get a skill. Otherwise, they might be the next car loaders! We urge Dillon and his likes to reach out to Min. Atty. Tolbert Nyenswah (Bsc. LLB. Mph. Esq), he’s available to provide tutorials on how he’s becoming successful as a son of a poor man. Even though we were born poor, we are not going to die poor, this is God’s promise to us and we believe in that. Dillon and his likes can go to LBDI and GTBank, they will provide them with the information how Minister Nyenswah is completing that project he started many years ago. Let me quickly clarify here that Min. Nyenswah didn’t study Economics and never graduated in 2002. Min. Nyenswah obtained a Bsc. in Biology from UL, 2006, LLB in Law from Louis Arthur Grimes, Mph in Public Health from Bloomberg School of Public Health, which is the world’s number one public health school at Johns Hopkins University, the world’s fifth ranking university. Min. Nyenswah is an attorney at law and a lecturer of public health at the Cuttington University Graduate School and A. M.D. College of Medical Sciences.
