YOU THINK YOU KNOW PAIN? Pain Oh the pain…. Have you felt pain? The horrible, terrible kind that drives mad your psyche swerving it to the lane of death infusing it with the sombre belief that suicide will be the best relief; the relief to catalyze the race to the end the race to replace the lost visions of hope. A widowed, roasted-corn seller her son, her daughter, together struggled to eke out a living through fifteen lean years. Fate had more negatives for them; sending men of the underworld to their lane, two nights to son’s first day at work since graduation six years back. These sick ogres--seven in number their mission unknown to this day stormed the needy family’s house--an unlucky unit that night--and forced carnal knowledge between mother and son and wiped the walls with jelly-like tissue whizzing from son’s head. These vile deeds not enough the seven took turns destroying the women’s purity leaving traumatized mama starring aghast at beloved daughter’s fatigued corpse. 40 years later. A seventeen-year old girl riding on the very heights of Mountain Puppy Love has her heart ‘broken’ by an eighteen-year old boy. She thinks suicide as she sobs expressing her pain to an old woman living next door. Woman chuckles and asks: You think you know pain? Tears flow freely even before tragic story is finished.
