Then, they demand kickbacks on everything, then you have to pay El Presidente for Protection, you have to pay the Federalizes, then you have to pay the local Gestapo for protection and to guard your Business and property. Then you have to pay the local Gestapo for employees, Then you have to pay to get your good and services to a transportation hub. Then you have to pay to export your product. Then at anytime, from the El Presidente all the way down to the local Gestapo will change their Prices, Rates, and kickbacks. And you always have to worry about the Presidente or New Presidente Nationalizing your Business. Poor Countries are nothing but Corruption. YOU better put your big boy pants on when dealing with them.
