YOUNG EDUCATORS SUMMIT (YES! 2014) Theme: YES to EDUCATION, YES to CONVERGENCE! TO All education students and college students taking undergraduate courses related or relevant to education from different colleges and universities all over SOCKSSARGEN, you are invited to join the YOUNG EDUCATORS SUMMIT 2014 on January 25, 2014 in LAGAO GYMNASIUM, Lagao, General Santos City. Three internationally and nationally acclaimed speakers will deliver topical talks on PEACE EDUCATION; LEADERSHIP to EDUCATION, EDUCATION to LEADERSHIP; and EDUCATION FOR CONVERGENCE. A forum on Education for Convergence will be conducted in the afternoon which be attended by sector representatives (politicians, government agencies, educational institutions, environmental organizations, religious orgs, youth and education advocates, etc). There will also be an election of federated officers for SOCKSSARGEN EDUCTORS CONGRESS (SEC). In the evening, there will be SEARCH FOR MR. & MS. YES 2014 which will be participated by 1 male and female representatives from every participating colleges and universities from all over SOCKSSARGEN. The winners shall banner the YES advocacy YES TO EDUCATION, YES TO CONVERGENCE.
