YOUR EMOTIONAL PAINS NEED A FOAM ROLLER MMA training this morning taught me about when theres a deep pain... You gotta work it out & work through it like a foam roller working deep into your muscles Most people want to avoid ACTUALLY dealing with physical OR emotional pain BUT what isnt realized is avoiding that pain doesnt mean it ever goes a way OTHERS might even enjoy the pain because deep inside they feel they deserve & dont know how to operate without it.... If thats you, theres nothing wrong with you (its common too) Either way, AVOIDING or ENJOYING THE PAIN... The pain must be addressed DEEPLY if youre to work out the soreness & the pain to function... Dont be afraid to roll all in the pain, You might unlock the freedom & pleasures... THE YOU youve been hoping for all along. #OWNYOUROWN #WARRIORSWAY
