YOUR FORM LETTER TO PUT THE NSA ON NOTICE To Whom It May Concern: When I scan a document that is a stored archive that if I can accurately timestamp possession of via an email or listed author by or physically on any storage device that I own; is the explicit possession or property of my control. If I send that archive to an individual entity or party I am allowing they and they alone to use it or read it. It is only allowed to be viewed, shared, used or archived by persons or parties that I give explicit approval to do so. When I type a document and store it in an electorical form it is a representation of a personal paper or intellectual property of my control. According to the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, my “papers” are protected from unusual search and seizures. If the NSA intercepts my files, emails or without my knowledge any public post that I exclude to my “friends list” then they are breaching my right to privacy and a direct intrusion of my rights according to the 4th Amendment. Therefore, I am putting the FBI, DOJ, CIA & the NSA on notice that you DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION in the guise of National Security to monitor, copy, archive any document, email, private conversation or posting that I make to my direct contacts and friends on Yahoo, MSN, Facebook, Twitter, or Google networks. Since I am NOT a Muslim or the member of any group out of overthrow the government, nor physical harm to others. And nor am I a domestic or international terrorist. It is specific that under the protection of the 4th Amendment you are required to obtain a direct and explicit warrant that states, what, when and where any survielience, monitoring or archive of any of my offline, online or other communication activities whereever situated and within any and all jurisdictions within the Continental United States.
