YOUR ONE VOTE CAN MAKE SO MANY CHANGES! As Clark County Recorder, I will institute a much needed Fraud Notification Program for Property Owners. It’s a program that has been working in counties across the nation, and Clark County needed this four years ago, and we need it now! I will implement access to the Recorder’s office in outlying areas of Clark County, and this is something that has been talked about for nearly eight years, but has not been done. To date, there is only 1 kiosk, and it sits outside the Recorder’s office in Las Vegas. There is a backlog & inaccurate filings that need to be addressed & rectified. I will encourage open dialog with staff & customers, including creating a Working Group for businesses that use the services of the office, along with meeting citizens of Clark County regularly. I will be in the office, answer calls & be accountable. I will responsibly manage the budget & have a team atmosphere in the office. I will bring my leadership skills to the Clark County Recorder’s office, and take it in the right direction to serve the taxpayers responsibly.
