YOUR PRICE Online Bike Shops Terms and Conditions of Sale (effective December 1, 2014) *An offline reference of this document in PDF format can be found here: goo.gl/YsV6Zn To ensure seamless and hassle-free sales transactions, please take time to READ and understand YOUR PRICE Online Bike Shops (YP) Terms and Conditions of Sale as covered in the following seven (7) sections: 1) Item Pricing & Availability 2) Order Placement & Confirmation 3) Stock Reservations 4) Pre-arranged Meet-ups and Shipping Transactions 5) Payment Details 6) Shipping Details 7) Returns and/or Replacements The following Terms and Conditions of Sale are for everyones reference and compliance: 1) ITEM PRICING and AVAILABILITY YP provides the best offer price quotes and stock availability for the customers preferred items based from the product line-up posted in Facebook (FB), OLX Philippines (OLX), and eBay Philippines (eBay) pages ONLY. Items marked with FIXED offer prices are regarded AS IS, unless YP previously stated publicly any applicable discounts and/or promos. Low-ballers for fixed offer prices will not be entertained. 2) ORDER PLACEMENT and CONFIRMATION YP requires customers confirmation via text message (SMS) to +63.928.350.5912 (SMART) or +63.922.922.6353 (SUN), private message (PM) through FB, OLX, and eBay pages, and email message via YourPriceOnlineBikeShop@yahoo to process the order. For proper IDENTIFICATION, customers complete name and contact details MUST be provided upon confirmation. This important step is BINDING and considered FINAL. Orders WITHOUT proper customers identification and confirmation will not be processed. 3) STOCK RESERVATIONS YP welcomes stock reservation upon confirmation valid for FIVE (5) days for on-hand items and TEN (10) days for items on by-order basis. For single or accumulated items with total amount due worth at least PHP 15,000, YP requires either at least 20% or PHP 8,000 downpayment (DP), whichever is lesser, to reserve sure stock(s) within the stated period above ONLY, exclusive of applicable shipping cost (if any). Please note that FAILURE TO SETTLE the remaining balance within the specified period for whatever reason will FORFEIT the DP in favor for other customers whom have expressed interest with the reserved items. YP reserves the RIGHT to make previously-reserved items past the reservation period available for other potential customers. 4.1) PRE-ARRANGED MEET-UPS For pre-arranged meet-ups, YP offers FREE or WAIVED handling fee at the following assigned areas ONLY: - Puregold Jr. Malolos Crossing (YP preferred) - Robinsons Place Malolos (YP preferred) - National Bookstore Express, Malolos Bayan (YP preferred) - 7-Eleven, Caltex BSU Malolos - 7-Eleven, The Cabanas Malolos - 7-Eleven, Calumpit Crossing - Eurobake, Tabang, Guiguinto - Waltermart Guiguinto - Waltermart Plaridel - Robinsons Supermarket Pulilan Pre-arranged meet-ups take place from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM from MONDAYS to SATURDAYS except WEDNESDAYS. Pre-arranged meet-ups on SUNDAYS apply on a case-to-case basis only and MUST be confirmed by the preceding Saturday no later than 7:00 PM. YP may also accommodate pre-arranged meet-ups BY REQUEST from customers BEYOND the stated areas above but WITHIN a considerable distance from Malolos City, Bulacan. However, there is an APPLICABLE variable handling fee starting at PHP 350 beyond the assigned meet-up points to cover for two-way transportation (fare, fuel, toll, and parking costs, among others) and any other miscellaneous expenses necessary to facilitate the special pre-arranged meet-ups. YP reserves the RIGHT to utilize the safest and fastest mode of transportation accordingly. The additional rate in PHP 100 increments on top of PHP 350 base handling fee DEPENDS on the DISTANCE covered and QUANTITY of items ordered. The FARTHER the requested meet-up point from Malolos City, Bulacan is, the HIGHER the handling fee will be. Moreover, the HEAVIER or BULKIER the items are, the HIGHER the handling fee will be as well. YP reserves the RIGHT to decline special pre-arranged meet-up requests on certain circumstances such as schedule conflicts, proximity, and security issues, among others. 4.2) SHIPPING TRANSACTIONS For shipping transactions, YP utilizes the following authorized courier services with APPLICABLE variable shipping cost at the customers EXPENSE: - LBC Express delivery or pick-up service (LBC), rate starts at PHP 160/package, delivery or pick-up ETA is anytime at most two (2) business days, ships nationwide - JRS Express delivery or pick-up service (JRS), rate starts at PHP 90/package, delivery or pick-up ETA is anytime at most two (2) business days, ships nationwide - DHL Express delivery or pick-up service (DHL), rate starts at PHP 120/package, delivery or pick-up ETA is anytime at most two (2) business days, ships nationwide - AP Cargo freight collect delivery or pick-up service (APC), rate starts at PHP 260/package, delivery or pick-up ETA is anytime between three (3) to five (5) business days, ships to Metro Manila/Visayas/Mindanao areas ONLY - Bus freight pick-up service (service provider varies depending on point of destination), rate starts at PHP 250/package, pick-up ETA is no more than twenty four (24) hours from originating terminal to assigned drop-off terminal, plies on selected routes in Luzon area ONLY Please note that YP processes shipping endorsements in BATCHES for confirmed items the SAME DAY as payment acknowledgement based on the following payment cut-off and shipping endorsement schedule ONLY: LBC/JRS/DHL: payment cut-off by 2:00 PM from MONDAYS to FRIDAYS Shipping endorsement between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on MONDAYS to FRIDAYS only APC/bus freight: payment cut-off by 2:00 PM by preceding TUESDAYS Shipping endorsement between 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on WEDNESDAYS only In case payments are received BEYOND the payment cut-off noted above, shipping endorsements will push through the NEXT BUSINESS DAY (for LBC/JRS/DHL) or the NEXT WEDNESDAY (for APC/bus freight). As soon as shipping endorsements have been completed, YP provides APPLICABLE shipping reference to the assigned recipient (i.e., tracking number and delivery or pick-up ETA per assigned authorized courier service, among others) either via SMS from +63.928.350.5912 (SMART) or +63.922.922.6353 (SUN), PM through FB, OLX, and eBay pages, and email via YourPriceOnlineBikeShop@yahoo ONLY. Please take note that there is NO WEEKEND shipping endorsements as YPs authorized courier services DO NOT process shipping endorsements on weekends as well. Hence, for payments received on weekends, shipping endorsements commence on the next business day (i.e., MONDAYS). 5.1) PAYMENT DETAILS for PRE-ARRANGED MEET-UPS For pre-arranged meet-ups, the total amount due in PHP (with applicable variable handling fee, if any) previously provided via SMS from +63.928.350.5912 (SMART) or +63.922.922.6353 (SUN), PM through FB, OLX, and eBay pages, and email via YourPriceOnlineBikeShop@yahoo is required upon customers inspection and receipt of the ordered items, along with applicable YP-issued sales invoice. YP encourages EXACT CHANGE for faster transaction. 5.2) PAYMENT DETAILS for SHIPPING TRANSACTIONS For shipping transactions as well as item reservations, YP accepts payments coursed through the following authorized payment channels ONLY: - BPI bank deposit (YP preferred) - Metrobank bank deposit (YP preferred) - LBC Remit Express (YP preferred) - Palawan Express Pera Padala (YP preferred) - JRS Express Money Transfer - Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala - Western Union Money Transfer - M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala - SMART Money Padala YP provides the NECESSARY payment details based on the customers preferred payment channel. We encourage every customer to REFER TO AND USE this information AS IS when filling out deposits slips or remittance forms to avoid any issues with recipient verification upon claiming of payments. Should YP encounters any issues with recipient verification upon claiming of payments, customers MUST advise the utilized payment channel THE SAME DAY for applicable corrections PRIOR to processing of shipping endorsements or item reservations. Once payment has been sent, customers MUST confirm the payment transaction by providing the DEPOSIT TIMESTAMP or the CONTROL NUMBER via SMS to +63.928.350.5912 (SMART) or +63.922.922.6353 (SUN), PM through FB, OLX, and eBay pages, or email via YourPriceOnlineBikeShop@yahoo no later than 7:00 PM the same day the payment has been made. Customers who prefer sending digital copies of payment transaction slips as proofs of payment are welcomed but is NOT necessary (i.e., confirmation via SMS, PM, or email will do). 6) SHIPPING DETAILS Customers MUST provide the following recipient details for authorized courier services reference via SMS to +63.928.350.5912 (SMART) or +63.922.922.6353 (SUN), PM through FB, OLX, and eBay pages, or email via YourPriceOnlineBikeShop@yahoo PRIOR to shipping endorsements: - Recipient’s Complete Name (Last, First, MI) - Recipient’s Physical Address (house number, street, barangay, city or town, province, ZIP code) - Recipient’s Contact Number (mobile or landline) - Preferred Mode of Delivery (door-to-door or courier branch pick-up) FAILURE TO PROVIDE these important information may delay, postpone, and/or put on hold any items due for shipping endorsement UNTIL the necessary shipping details have been received. YP upholds recipients personal identification (PID) confidentiality and usage reference is LIMITED ONLY for couriers reference with customer’s permission; these PIDs are then deleted for good as soon as shipped items have been RECEIVED by the assigned recipient. Consequently, YP requires every REPEAT CUSTOMER to provide recipient details on EVERY SHIPPING transaction to ensure accurate and VERIFIED information prior to shipping endorsements. 7) RETURNS and/or REPLACEMENTS YP honors product returns and/or exchanges for defective items with proven and verified FACTORY ISSUES ONLY within the FIRST SEVEN (7) days from the transaction date for pre-arranged meet-ups and upon receipt of shipped items for delivery or pick-up transactions. Defective items sold through pre-arranged meet-ups due for return or replacement is EXCHANGED at the SAME AREA where the prior meet-up took place at a pre-arranged date and time agreed by YP and the customer claiming for warranty. For returns and replacements for shipped items, YP will SHOULDER the shipping expenses to and from the customers are through the SAME COURIER utilized for the prior sales transaction. Either way, YP REQUIRES the original sales invoice issued upon successful transaction as a proof of purchase to be included in the return package to process any item replacements. YP will replace any deemed defective items with THE SAME ITEM type as purchased. In case the subject items have no spare by the time of receipt for return and/or replacement, YP will send any EQUIVALENT ITEM in terms of value and/or function. Please take note that functionality issues ARISING FROM misuse, abuse, and neglect by customers upon receipt of the items are NOT COVERED by the warranty replacement procedure. Also, items declared defective yet PROVEN OTHERWISE by YP to be perfectly functional will NOT BE ACCEPTED for return and/or replacement. Items with cosmetic issues NOT AFFECTING FUNCTIONALITY are also not honored for return and/or replacement. In the case of shipped items declared defective but proven otherwise, YP has the right NOT TO SHOULDER the return shipping cost to customers location; hence, customer will be REQUIRED TO SEND the corresponding shipping cost via authorized payment channels noted above to process the shipping accordingly.
