Ya know... Ive talked to a few people lately about whether or not there is a God. Many people dont believe because they arent given proof of a God therefore, scientifically and logically its silly to believe... Ive thought very long and hard on this and even a few times teetered toward a non believing view. There is something that to me proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that God exists and that is, the emotion of love. Evolution does not explain love. An almost desperate love that someone can have for their children. The absolute paralyzing grief that one can feel over the loss of someone thats close to them. I dont believe that we just evolved into what we are and that love just happened. There IS a higher power and love is a gift from God. I dont take everything in the bible literally and there are many holes in that whole deal. Men wrote the bible so Im not even gonna open that can of worms. I am totally uninterested in any opposing views at this point because frankly, I feel sorry for people that dont have hope and I have very little tolerance for those who for some reason want to try and cast doubt and rob other people of THEIR hope.
