Ya know, I’ve been watching politics pretty darn closely for about 15 years. Lately, I’ve started watching a “soap opera” so my Mom and I can have something we can share and talk about … since we live in different towns. To listen to the media … talk about who is having an affair with whom … every day … the back-stabbing that goes on continuously … the lies … the cheating … the lifestyle of everyone who doesn’t have to work for a living … but live in “castles” … somehow? … The rich protecting the rich and the POOR not even showing up in the drama … I’m not sure which is which anymore. Half (if not more) the media are married to a politician … a banker … a federal reserve chairman … the CEO of some corporation … or are former politicians or aides to politicians themselves. Geez … congress … the supreme court … state governments … local governments … the media (owned by a handful … literally) … of “people” … Welcome to Peyton Place … C-Ya Pam-I-Am
