Ya know over the past few days I have spent alot of time with some family...I have now watched another family member lay a child to rest....and even tho I have been there not to long ago I still couldnt find the words to say! I know I said Im Sorry which is something I never understood when it was said to me?? How can you be sorry when something is not your fault?? I guess things dont make sense but seem like the right thing to say. I had Austin for 8 weeks....8 very short weeks....I knew him....I knew when he wanted to eat...I knew when he needed his butt changed....I knew when he just wanted to be held....but to bury a child that you knew their favorite color, knew the kind of music they liked, knew the style of clothes they wore....and to know the sound of the most imortant three words I love you I couldnt imagine....this may not make sense to people but I didnt realize until this tragedy struck our family....I am very Thankful that my sweet boy was taken peacefully from this earth. He knew no harm...he didnt know pain...he just knew love! My heart is with her mom and dad as they are going to need people for comfort! need people to help them when they are weak. Just pray for them!
