Ya wanna know what makes Dan CRAZY ANGRY? Read on: When someone is thinking about making a change in their lives (physically, mentally, spiritually) by setting up some new habits, thats when IT starts to creep in. IT has been around for a LONG TIME and IT has incredible power to influence this person. Whether or not a person is young or old, or whether they are setting up new habits or trying to unlearn old ones, IT is ALWAYS AROUND. And let me put it bluntly: IT TICKS ME OFF!!! So, what exactly is IT, you might ask. IT is that voice inside of us that LIMITS OUR POTENTIAL. IT is the source of all excuses and rationalizations as to why its better to either not get started now, or EVER. IT is the master of SELF-SABOTAGE that pops up before someone even gets going by REPLAYING OLD RECORDINGS that say things like: You will never get this right. Youve tried this before and it NEVER works. You dont have enough willpower to actually stick with this. Youll go RIGHT BACK to what you you did before. Dont even TRY! So, rather than TRY and FAIL AGAIN, people never actually GET STARTED working towards whatever goal they set. This makes me SO ANGRY!!! People too frequently let life get in the way, or time, or money, or whatever. We RATIONALIZE our not getting started as a safety mechanism to prevent further failure. So, some idealized form of perfection or simply our past failures tell us, DONT TAKE A STEP. THIS IS A LIE. Often, as we take a step, with the support of great people around us, we are able to FINALLY BREAKTHROUGH habits that have been holding us back for YEARS! Maybe its an emotional block that keeps coming up, maybe a physical one that stops us from eating the right things, or certainly spiritual ones that close us off from the meaning and purpose that God has for our lives. I am on the FRONT LINE of this battle and I am committed to helping people become the BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES POSSIBLE. That they would reach their GODLY POTENTIAL in EVERY area of life! Thank you for reading my rant. Im just SICK AND TIRED of people falling for the SAME TRICKS that their psyches play on them. Its time to STOP MAKING EXCUSES and START TAKING STEPS. Even if they are baby ones! Were here to help! LETS GO!
