Leg Extension 4x20-25 left leg 6x20-25 right leg Leg Press 4x20-25 left leg 6x20-25 right leg Squats 4x20-25 Glute/ham raises 4x20-25 Lying leg curl 4x20-25 left leg 6x20-25 right leg SLDL 4x20-25 My legs feel like theyre gonna explode and or fall off.
