Yahooooooooooooo!!!!! As of January 9th, 2015 we got word that most of the supplies (bedding, clothing) reached Gaza, including our puppets. Rebuilding Alliances (the organization we partnered with to send with their cargo), Executive Director, Donna writes, “...Our shipment arrived at the Palestine Red Crescent Societys warehouse in Gaza City. 667 boxes arrived, but two pallets (60 boxes) were turned back by the last x-ray machine at Karem Shalom. Gaza families in need will be receiving this aid very soon.” Loading the container to ship back in October was a special moment. We ended up having about fifty volunteers who live-loaded 731 boxes of clothing and other items including the puppets.
