Yall... GOD IS JUST SO GOOD!!! Need to share a really cool story with you. Cause there is power in the testimony! So, Last week I posted asking for help finding some couches for our family room. Not your average couches, though. We have decided as a family that any more purchases made for our home would only go to help LOVE LITTLE ONES HOME!!! So we will purchase from families who are fundraising to bring their little one home, or to raise money for an adoption ministry. We also decided that if we were ever BLESSED with a donation of furniture, that we could then BLESS FORWARD the funds we would have used to purchase the item to a FUNDRAISING FAMILY or an ORPHAN MINISTRY!! So we have been PRAYING for couches that would fill up our FAMILY ROOM and allow us to help to LOVE A LITTLE ONE HOME!!! But not just any couches.. We prayed SPECIFICALLY for couches that would work with our style! That would be DURABLE and able to HOLD THEIR OWN to our BIG HONKIN FAMILY!! And couches that would not only fit in our family room, but would be able to fit down the stairs to go in our basement should we ever want to swap couches and change things up! And I even had a particular color in mind when I prayed!! I have learned from my sweet friend Linny Saunders, to pray SPECIFICALLY... and to WAIT EXPECTANTLY! When we do that and we PRAY BIG, then when PRAYERS are ANSWERED, there is NO DENYING that GOD ANSWERED PRAYER.. and HE GETS ALL THE GLORY!!! HALLELUJAH and AMEN!!! Well... I made that post last week, and SAME DAY, and answer to prayer. A friend saw the post and offered to BLESS US with couches that she had sitting in her basement. She had been meaning to purge them and just had not gotten around to it. HOW SUPER AWESOME is THAT?????? SUPER DUPER AWESOME. But it gets better.... This FRIEND, also happens to be our NEIGHBOR!!! So no TRUCK RENTAL needed, just walk them down the street. And the couches, SUPER DURABLE and KID FRIENDLY!!! The size? FITS PERFECTLY in our FAMILY ROOM, and perfect size to fit down our basement stairs should we ever want to change things up! The style? TOTALLY our STYLE! And I have always LOVED her design sense!!! Her HOUSE is out of a DESIGN MAGAZINE!! Girl has an eye for these things! A gifting! And the COLOR.... This just makes me SMILE SO BIG! It is the EXACT COLOR I had in my mind when I prayed! EXACTLY. Like, EXACTLY EXACT. I LOVE when GOD SHOWS OFF THAT WAY!! And you want to know the VERY VERY VERY BEST PART???? Because our sweet sweet friend #justLOVED on us and BLESSED us with these COUCHES, we get to BLESS IT FORWARD and help little ones home to their FOREVER FAMILIES!!! So every time we sit on those couches, we get to be reminded of HOW GOD Weaved this all together to help LOVE LITTLE ONES HOME to their FOREVER FAMILY! And we have PRAISED HIM every time we have thought about it!! GOD IS JUST SO GOOD!!!
