Yall my cornbread is so fluffy and so moist omg. I wouldnt make my cornbread any other way lol the bomb :). STEPHANIES RECIPE: 1 1/2 cup self rising flour, 1cup cornmeal, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/4 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 3 Tablespoons of melted butter, 1 Tablespoon of butter for skillet 1/4 cup veggie oil. Preheat oven 375. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl mix well then add all wet ingredients in bowl mix well. melt the 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet after butter is melted add cornbread mix in skillet bake for 25 mins and enjoy :) p.s. u can use buttermilk instead of milk, if u want it to be sweet cornbread increase the 1/2 cup sugar to 1 cup sugar.
