Yankee road rage vs. Southern okie road rage... I really should probably not be telling this but here goes.. I was having a nicotine fit ( been 18 hrs since I had my 3 puffs per 3 flights of stairs.. so I was nicotine deprived.. I went up the highway to the next exit to get my nicotine fix on... anyway I purchased my bad habit sticks and headed back to the freeway, The revv up and get on ramp is a short one.. there were 3 construction pick up trucks and a van in the slow lane that I needed merge onto.. well the first 2 would not let me in so I backed off a bit.. I saw an opening between the truck and van so I sped up and headed for it... well the van sped up and tried to run me off that flippin ramp.. I somehow got between the 2 even though they were closing ranks ( I have insurance and am not afraid to use it).. as I was driving I saw the truck guy talking on his radio thing and noticed van dude was also.. anyhow, I missed my exit and went to the next exit.. well van dude decides to follow me on that off ramp.. there was a red light... so I stopped and so did he.. he gets our of his van and starts walking towards my truck... he was a big old yankee.. he towered over his van by a bit.. as he got to my back bumper.. I rolled the window down and this is what came out of my mouth ... I will give you one B!t@h warning, look at the plates I am an okie and we have open carry laws are you sure you want to come up here.. you might just want to get back in your little truck and ride on. To my surprise it worked.. he did an about face and got back in his van.. so evidently nicotine deprived southern female road rage beats yankee big pissy construction worker road rage all to hell... todays lesson ;)
