DOCUMENTS AND REGISTRATION 1) Who has Ownership of the Land? The Promoters, their subsidiaries and associates of the Company have legal ownership of the land. 3) What are the Documents would be executed upon making down payment? Upon receipt of the Booking Amount and accurately completed Product Application Form, a Token Receipt cum Agreement (TRA) shall be issued. Agreement of Sale (AOS) will be released once 70% of the total payment is made. When 100% amount is paid the sale deed is released. 4) When will I be able to register the plot? The plot will be registered on completion of the entire project.
