Yasir Qadhi is not only a Memphil Imam, but is is also the Dean of Academic Affairs at the Al-Maghrib Institute. He is a hafiz (has memorized the Quran) and he has an M.A. in the Islamic Creed and a B.A. in Islamic Sciences from Islamic University of Medina, as well as a masters and a doctorate in Islamic Studies from Yale. I post this to show an example of the so called, peaceful religion of Islam. I do believe and understand that there are muslims that are peaceful and those that are violent. What is clear to me, however, is that the Quran itself supports the latter and not the former.
