Yawn... so, the cat woke me wanting to go out for some private time and as I open the door at 5.15 its amazing how light it is. Makes me realise that had I been Muslim Id already have missed the last opportunity to eat or drink today before 9.21pm! As the sun rose at 4.46am thats 16 hours 35 minutes of daylight and therefore fasting if you follow Islam. Thats tough, and impressive I think. I hope that Muslim friends receive the blessings they deserve after what will seem like a very long month. God/Allah bless, and good luck! timeanddate/holidays/uk/ramadan-begins
