Yay CJ!! C DIFF results came back negative! So were off isolation. His numbers are on the rise - were at 300 right now, hes still neutropenic, but at least hes on the rise! AND he hasnt ran fever since we were admitted so I convinced the doctor to let us go early! Technically we arent supposed to go until hes been fever free for 48 hours, but CJ was released under the condition that I keep him on fluids, check temp every 4 hours and give the rest of his antibiotics every 8 hours - no problem Im a Momcologist and I have the best prayer warriors ever on our side!! Im simply ecstatic over this quick turn around! CJ is very happy to be home, busy busy with birthday presents - my little Mozart cant decide which piano to play! Plus his other gifts are finally catching up with our new address - thank you all!
