Boom!! ~~~BEAST *Start in tabletop position (hands and knees) *Knees directly under hips *Hands directly under shoulders *Belly button pulled into spine *Tuck your toes *Lift knees a couple inches off floor *Shoulders away from ears *Pushing floor away *Squeezing core, glutes, and legs TIGHT *HOLD for a minimum of 30 secs (hold longer if possible) Repeat 3x -->TAG A FRIEND BELOW
