Yayyy!!! We did it! the inspection went well today what a miracle. the work order was made out for a New High Efficiency Direct Vent Furnace and Hot Water Tank, 6 new Windows, 2 new Doors. New Metal Roof, Soffit, Fascia and Eavstroug. Next Step is the Pricing and Quotes to see how much of the eligible work we can get done for the available money. The guy was really cool even gave us contact information to get free basement insulation and some hydro efficiency program possibly more free stuff. Only expense is a lot of pencil lead filling out all these darn papers
