Yazidi Member of Iraqi Parliament collapses in tears after calling upon World to Rescue the Yazidis. Its very sad to see how a human is pleading the world to save their community, their religion, their belief, their children, women and elders. Yazidi a 3000+ years old religion that immensely contributed to the civilizations such as Sumerian and Babylon.. Yazdis pray the nature, their God is nature, they pray to Sun, Moon, Fire, Water and all nature elements; they are similar to Zoroastrians and they are called as sister religions. Yazidis believe that their God is in the form of a Peacock. They never fought wars, never invaded any countries, never took the blood of other religions and there is no history of them insulting any other religion. But they were attacked multiple times by Muslims and Mongols and millions were killed, and today they are just few lakhs left and they are living together with Kurds in Iraq (thankfully, Kurds started the art of living and respecting other religions for quite sometime now and wars taught them hard lessons). Ottoman Empire chased Yazidis multiple times and killed millions and forced them to convert in to Islam. Many converted out of fear, but some resisted as they dont want to loose their basic religious identity. And now ISIS has planned to kill them, so they chased Yazidis from their homes and 40000+ Yazidis escaped on to Sinjar mountains for their life. There is no water and food for them on these mountain tops; more than hundred children died because of thirst and many old also died. They are even unable to bury the dead bodies as mountains are made up of boulders and rocks. So they are making possible shallow trenches and covering the bodies with stones and pebbles. Many mothers are throwing their children alive from mountain tops as they dont want to see their children dying in front of their eyes without food and water. And when all these are happening on mountain tops, at the bottom of mountain, the ISIS terrorists are waiting with machine guns to kill Yazidis when they come down from the mountains. So this is the world that we are living in TODAY! Human beings are making the G*D as the criminal!! Very painful episode now happening in Northern Iraq now. Obama finally agreed to send food, water and some military plans to attack the ISIS who are waiting at the bottom of mountain Sinjar. And the story continues ....
