Yea! FB is letting me post today! Here is the recipe for the Grape Salad that I brought to the picnic on Sunday. GRAPE SALAD 4 lbs. red and/or green seedless grapes, washed 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 c. granulated white sugar 1 t. vanilla 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla with a mixer. Gently, stir in the grapes, place in serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Combine brown sugar and chopped nuts. Sprinkle over the grape mixture before serving. Eat.
