Yea, this is just terrible, and his inexperience got him there. Ive read some say accident; others on purpose. IMHO, speacially now that I watched with sound, Tony tried his beat to avoid it. In a slow-mo, you can see the ass kick left and front wheel hook right just before impact. Most likely, that is when Tony noticed him there. With the sound, I can now see that he did indeed try to counter the ass end left to miss the kid as he slid out of the turn. The worst part, he still had his hans device on when he hit he ground. The thing that immobilizes your neck in a crash is possibly what caused his neck to break on impact with the ground since he had no give. This is truly sad and I feel for both the boys family and Tony!
