Yeah... Im gonna go with the cops on this one. I saw the gun in the surveillance video, and the witness that talked to HuffPo admitted in his twitter that he wasnt there, and was just trying to peddle his mixtape. Of course, the protests started BEFORE the surveillance video was released, and before the witness was found out. Now, I doubt the protestors are even aware. (this... coming from me, the guy who usually doesnt defend a police shooting)
