Yeah so when I left Columbus I topped the scale out at 197, crikes I know! Just got on the scale pre-workout and it said a respectable 182. Funny how leaving Ms can have that effect haha. Only 27lbs to go to get to my pre-Ms/Tx weight haha. At this rate I can probably get to 175 before I leave here in a few weeks. Maybe the 5 miles walking today, 45 mins on the bike and lifting after has something to do with that goal haha. And a nice crown and coke waiting for me in the room.....rewards!
