Yeah, the Chicago Bears have finally got smart and fired the General Manager, Head coach, and other coaches. I have a lot more to say, but above all................Dont blame the QB Jay Cutler. The Bears biggest problem is that they have an offensive line that is at times like a sieve. Jay suffered too many hits and times on his back because of this sorry excuse for pass protection. Bad play calling, poor time management, poor choices of challenging officials calls were ALL indicative that the coaching sucked. Lets hope the McCaskeys dont hire another Zen Artist type coach like the past few. Dick Jauron, Lovey Smith, Marc Triestman, all had make the players feel good philosophies. Head coaches need to be neither be loved or hated. The coaching staffs job is to get the team ready and get each player to execute a given assignment in a very physical make believe war. No excuses acceptable for poor execution.
