Years ago I was talking to a friend who was saying its tough anymore when you have to decide if you want to buy your medicine this month or food . I did not understand this , and I was also thankful I didnt take any meds on a daily basis, as I woke up this morning and started taking one of the 5 meds I take before getting out of bed, it made me think, at 50 I am having to take these to stay alive, I blame most of it on 30 yrs of breathing in formaldehyde and the other on a lifetime of smoking , last night I had a bad breathing episode that scared my wife, oh she didnt say it did but I could see it all over her, then she said to me I think we should do things differently, I dont want to even imagine a life without you in it, I need you . You know in your life there is that one thing a person will say to you that makes you think.. So as I travel down this road of becoming a non smoker it is gonna be rough, but I have a great reason to stop, 1st , a wife who wants me around, 4 kids who need me around, 10 grand-kids who enjoy having me around my only brother who is fighting for his life because of cigs. and a sister I want to influence, and a father to stop complaining about them. I have one half pack left and allot of praying to make this happen ...
